Care:
Protect from frost and do not keep wet. Pinch new growth to promote new leaves and prevent flowering. For best results, feed with a liquid fertiliser (like 'Powerfeed') once every 7-10 days. If planting Sage in the ground, incorporate compost into the soil.  If planting in a pot, be sure to use good quality potting mix.

Uses:
Culinary. Sage compliments pork, beef, duck and chicken recipes. try it chopped, mixed with melted butter and served stirred into pasta or gnocchi. Younger leaves have a milder flavour. Blends well with flavours of rosemary, garlic, thyme and parsley.
